Q:  Do I need a blender or milk frother for my Creation?

A:  If you add your creation to coffee, tea, or milk without using a blender or milk frother, the oil will float on top. Using a blender or milk frother will emulsify the Creation into your beverage making it creamy and frothy, similar to a delicious latte!  

Q:  Do I have to be a coffee drinker to enjoy the Creations?

A:  Absolutely not!  The Creations are fabulous in tea, warm milk, oatmeal, and smoothies!  Saute, pan fry, or roast chicken, fish, and veggies in Golden Spice for an amazing flavor and nutritional boost!  Popcorn is also awesome popped in Golden Spice!  Mocha, Chai, and Pumpkin Spice are fantastic spread on fruit, and added to desserts!  

Q:  Why has my Creation turned to liquid?

A:  Coconut Oil Creations are all natural with no added stabilizers or anything artificial. Therefore, it will become liquid over 75 degrees and the spices will sink to the bottom.  If this happens, simply stir or shake prior to using. This does not affect the health benefits or taste of the product at all. You can also place the Creations in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally to reincorporate the spices. Then return the product to room temperature and enjoy!

Q:  Can I keep my Creation in the refrigerator?

A:  Coconut Oil Creations have a creamy, "mousse like" texture. Although you can keep in the refrigerator, it will harden and become more difficult to scoop out. Therefore, I suggest keeping it at room temperature. If it's kept in the refrigerator and you have difficulty scooping it out, simply put jar in a tub of hot water until softened. 

Q:  What is the shelf life of Coconut Oil Creations?

A:  The shelf life is approximately 18 months. When it comes to storing coconut oil, remember that light, oxygen and heat cause quicker deterioration of natural oils. Therefore, you should always keep it tightly closed with its original cap, in a cupboard and in a place where the temperature is pretty steady all the time.
